If you purchase a subscription plan, you agree to pay all charges associated with your account. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

8. Disclaimer

The materials on Apna Offer are provided on an 'as is' basis. Apna Offer makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Apna Offer or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Apna Offer, even if Apna Offer or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
