How do I create an account?

Click on "Get Started Free" or "Register" to create your store. You'll need to provide your name, email, mobile number, and create a password. After registration, verify your email to complete the setup.

Is Apna Offer free to use?

Yes! We offer a free plan that includes basic features. You can create your business profile, add products, create offers, and take orders via WhatsApp at no cost. Premium features are available with our Pro and Business plans.

Do I need technical knowledge to use Apna Offer?

No technical knowledge is required! Apna Offer is designed to be simple and user-friendly. You can set up your store and start taking orders in minutes.

How do I create offers?

After completing onboarding, go to your dashboard and click "Create Offer". Choose from our beautiful templates, add products, set discounts, and publish. Your offer will be shareable via WhatsApp.

Can I customize my store profile?

Yes! You can customize your store profile with your business name, logo, description, categories, and choose from different design themes to match your brand.

How do customers place orders?

Customers can browse your store profile, view products and offers, add items to cart, and place orders. Orders are sent directly to your WhatsApp number for easy management.

What's included in the free plan?

The free plan includes: basic store profile, unlimited products, offer creation, order management, WhatsApp integration, and basic analytics.

What are the differences between Pro and Business plans?

Pro plan includes advanced analytics, priority support, custom domain, and more design templates. Business plan includes all Pro features plus API access, white-label options, and dedicated support.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. Changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer refunds for paid plans within 7 days of initial purchase. Please see our Refund Policy for detailed information.

Orders & Payments

How do I receive orders?

Orders are sent directly to your WhatsApp number. You'll receive order details including customer information, items ordered, and delivery address.

What payment methods do you support?

We support QR code payments and Cash on Delivery (COD). Customers can pay via UPI, credit/debit cards, or choose COD at checkout.

How do I track orders?

All orders are visible in your dashboard. You can update order status (Placed, Accepted, Packed, Shipped, Delivered) and customers can track their orders using the order tracking link.

Technical Support

What if I forget my password?

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your email and we'll send you a password reset link.

How do I change my email or mobile number?

Go to your dashboard settings to update your email or mobile number. Email changes require verification.

Can I delete my account?

Yes, you can delete your account from the settings page. This action is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be deleted.
